MTN SUPPORTS *****!!

MTN IS TRASH!!

Hi, I have had the worst experience with MTN. A ***** case was opened after an unauthorised debit order went to MTN due to someone opening a contract with our details! 3 debit orders have went out during this time without assistance from MTN! We called and an investigation was opened and were told that it will take 21 days for the investigation. The debit order still went off the next month, upon inquiry MTN advised that the certied ID copy was not clear and that a new one needs to be submitted. That was done and now MTN says that they have closed the initial investigation and have opened a new one and we have to wait another 21 days. Everytime we call to find out they send us from pillar to post!! All the while we don’t know how someone opened up a cellphone contract with them and they have not provided any feedback on this case and they are still debiting!! This is affecting the credit score and we are incurring bank fees to reverse these debit orders! The initial case was opened on the 1 September and to this day we have NOT been assisted!!
