MTN supports *****

Good day for over a year I have been seeking help, a ********** account was opened in my name. I went to Clearwater where I was asked to submit documents. I did all that but never got help. I have sent numerous emails to the customer care only to be told its being looked, and no other feedback. Today I was notified that account has been handed over... I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN SO UPSET. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
