Mtn supports *****!

I have 2 data contracts with MTN. Total subscription totaled approx R400. In either December 2014 or Jan 2015 I noticed that my debit went up too over R1300pm. I called in to ballito to query and they advised that one of my contracts was **********ly upgraded and that 6 other numbers had been added all will iPhones as the handsets. As a result I did what was asked wrt required documentation and submitted for ***** claim and reimbur*****t of my funds. To date after various visits and promises nothing has been communicated. I doubt it was even loaded, I have been incorrectly debited from approx Aug/Sep 2014. It seems that MTN supports ***** and ******** activities as they benefit in revenue from victims such as myself. I have had to make personal arrangements to cater for these debits putting myself in debt so that I do not damage my credit ratings and this is now unacceptable. My initial request was to cancel my 2gig data contract to which the ********** upgrades were linked and to have jus my 3 + 2 gig. What makes it worse is that my dad upgraded his contract on the day that I queried and guess which took priority. I officially have told my entire network of the exp

We are truly sorry for the breakdown in service and inconvenience caused. It was never our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.

We've perused your account and can confirm that there is currently only 4 lines active on the account number ending with 2888. We've searched the account history and cannot locate any documents that were supposed to be submitted by the store in order for our Revenue Assurance Department to investigate and credit your account accordingly.

In order for us to resolve the matter ASAP, kindly can we request that you send the documents to *** and we will log the request. We will then fast-track the matter and request that one of the Supervisors in our Revenue Assurance team give the matter urgent attention.

Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service experienced.
