MTN Supports *****

MTN is the most pathetic service provider in Africa. Over a month ago, I reported an incident of ***** to MTN totalling around R5,000. I reported the incident, they logged it almost immediately and promised a follow up. I'm still waiting. I reversed the amount immediately, got my money back, so no damage to me, but surely a company of this size should take this kind of thing seriously? Apparently not. More likely is that these investigations cost a lot and they write these costs off to increases which you faithful idiots happily pay for without question. Avoid MTN like the plague. You are paying for their inability to being able deal with doing business on the African continent and making you pay for it... ...in my opinion.
