MTN support is useless

Third time a charme, so i finally receievd a reply from my previous post that they will get back to me ...... 2 weeks later still no response as MTN only wants your money and dont worry about there customer and dont resolve any issues. Even if they over charge your account for over 4 months. It doesnt even help to call the call center as they only want to transfer you to numerous departments as nobody knows what theh are doing. MTN should stop spending all there money on there sales departmens and start spending more on there support functions. As the poor service from MTN never stops!!! Would recommend MtN to any body again as they over charge and ***** your money and only plays dumb over and over
