MTN SUPERSONIC fibre internet sucks

I wanted a fibre connection for my house. I ordered it and only two weeks later they confirmed that the order went thru. Another two weeks went by where twice,money was collected from my account, and still no service. I have spent endless calls to resolve this matter, but to no resolve. The order number is SSL***3. They also asked me for proof of residence, but the wifi router was already delivered to me on this adress. Somebody is stalling this or its just very unprofessional service. Supersonic and MTN sucks. Very very bad service.....
