MTN Supersonic *****

Supersonic is a ***** February 2021 Supersonic suspended my line while I pay the account on a monthly basis I even provided proof as I receive statements CASE NO: CAS-571420-C6Q1Y9 and CAS- 413085- V7H6R2. All this is happening because someone there decided to update my account details to someone else’s account who apparently owes R16k. I keep getting calls from supersonic collections department threatening to suspend my line and sending text messages that I am in arrears. There's been numerous cases opened but no one wants to even call me back even team leaders or managers are playing hide and seek with me, I waited 4 hours on the line today to speak to a consultant when I eventually did he couldn't assist and hung up on me. There's previous notes on my account stating that this issue was resolved but someone AGAIN updated my ID and cellphone number to that account again then HANDED OVER the account VVM. The debt collectors are harassing me everyday and very RUDE!!

No one wants to take accountability this is impacting my name. Supersonic still not doing anything about it. I have noted all the names of the consultants I have spoke to previous.

7 Minnah Modisane (Accounts Administrator) is not even responding to my emails.

These are the names I've noted since February 2021 regarding this issue as today This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life.

My name is being ruined and no one answers the calls !!!!! Honestly pathetic service!!!
