MTN-Supersonic = 0/10

Since the 20th of August 2026 we have app**** for MTN Air Fibre , to date no installation what so ever. MTN refers us to Supersonic, a useless company in as far as customer service is concerned. We are taken from pillar to post and I work from home so imagine all the inconvenience to my employer. What i hate the most is the fact that some neighbors who have app**** after us are happily installed and working just fine. When we app**** we were told that within days we will have our router installed, days past and we were told Supersonic has no stock we must wait. Since August 20th we've been waiting. MTN and Supersonic must learn Customer service because in deed they are both very very poor. We were sold a product by MTN and we paid for it already yet now MTN is quiet and not helping instead they refer us to Supersonic. We are so angry. Phiwo and Sbu Themba ***
