Mtn Superflex plan difficulty

Application for Mtn Superflex plan, I have been sent from pillar to post and the system is not working properly as you always encounter an error when you complete the process to subscribe. I tried Mtn Whatsapp Chat, Mtn Customer Care and for the branch they told me that they don't want trouble because no one knows about that product
