MTN Superflex Package from HELL.

Despite being on a Superflex package, I did not receive my data and minutes on January 22, 2024, as scheduled. From January 22 through today, an excessive number of follow-ups were made to no avail. I was urged to check the next day too many times and given a lot of reference numbers. The phone is soft-locked on this package from hell, which is the worst part. I am unable to even reload in any other way. PLEASE ASSIST!
