MTN Superflex package

I took out a superflex package last month for the first time. All went well until it came time for th debt order to go off. I never received my data or any of the other benefits to the deal. I was fist told I have to renew it every month. Then when I went to the mtn store at n1 city mall they had to call the call center as they can not help with pre Paid products! I received such bad service I left without getting a reference number. On getting home I phone in again and got a reference number, she said to wait 2-3 hours and phone back in if I don't get the sms link to pay for the package. When I phoned in after 3 hours I got told it will take a few further 24 hours to resolve the problem. I was so happy with the product, I was selling it to all my friends, but after they did not debit my account, I now have to sit without a phone for 48 hours!!!!
