MTN Superflex offering is a ****

MTN Superflex offering is a ****. We registered for this offering using a passport. This was accepted and money taken from our bank account. The delivery company told us they cannot deliver because they cannot scan the passport. MTN is unable to cancel the contract or tell us what we need to do. We have been sent from pillar to post with no resolution. On top of that we have had to deal with so so many rude agents. MTN has got to be the worst telecoms company I have had to deal with. I will certainly be cancelling all my contracts with them. What a nightmare :(
