MTN Superflex is pathetic and a ****

Bought the super flex package. Paid for the second month and cannot make any calls on the network. Called through to the useless IVR channel to no avail. Tried all avenues, email, whatsapp, app, even the shop etc. I just want out, most pathetic service ever, paying for a product that does not work. Seems as if MTN pushed this product to market before they where ready to support it. **** poor execution on a brand which used to be great.
