MTN Superflex is a Super ****

Got an MTN Superflex subscription for R 199pm. The number keeps getting blocked. I contacted the call centre, they said it's resolved. A week later, still not able to use the sim. Happened twice. The second time I tried canceling the sim. Call centre says do it on the website, website says use the app, the app doesn't work. Contacted the whatsapp helpline, got to Jacobeth - she reset the sim and didn't cancel it after 4 explicit requests to do so. She asked for evidence of the app not working, I shared screenshots, then she cut the whatsapp chat. And conveniently no agents available and no cancellation effected.
