MTN SUPERFLEX IS A ****!!!

I subscribed to MTN Superflex Unlimited calls, SMS, and 10GB data last year. I used it up until they claimed I had reached my FUP. Mind you, I don't even make more than 200 minutes of calls a day.

I emailed them to ask what is the minimum for calls a day. They could not answer me. all they said is that "The acceptable use policy utilizes a wide array of parameters related to the overall usage of your Superflex plan and continually checks that this conforms to that of the overall customer base. This includes profiling the type/nature, amount, location and times of use."

Should they even be advertising this as an UNLIMITED PRODUCT? I Dont Think So
