MTN SuperFlex dont work ITS a joke for the lack of better description

I purchased the NEW SuperFlex deal from MTN which worked well in the 1st Month THEN it failed horribly and I was LOCKED OUT of my fone as the payment link supp**** didnt work

the most annoying part is that I have loaded airtime and still cant make calls. I was on SuperFlex but the payment via the link did no work and I have been trying from the 3rd December 2023 to resolve.

I have made over 50 calls to MTN ??? sent a dozen emails, have many customer care person log and say it will be resolved BUT nothing AND I CANNOT DIAL OUT MY PHONE.

I have asked for a senior to contact me with some knowledge to resolve BUT NOTHING as no one knows or has any info about SUPERFLEX. Customer care cant even assist or even contact that department

Can I further get the email of your CEO. I will email with the hope of assistance
