MTN SUPERFLEX ****

I’ve been on the MTN superflex deal since the 13th of October, the first 2 months were amazing little did I know was about to meet my worst nightmare on the 3rd month.

On the 13th of December money was deducted from my bank account however my data and minutes bundles were never uploaded, they gave me the runaround claiming the payment never went thru. I later sent my bank statement showing the payment had gone thru, they’ve still haven’t sorted out the matter. MTN has to be the most *********** network provide I’ve ever used, they don’t care about customer service.

I’ve been sitting without the data and minutes I’ve paid for since the 13th of December today is the 25th and nothing has been done. I’m appalled to say the least, I feel ****med.
