MTN Superflex - Charged for it but no provision of service

Been with MTN with the same number for more than 20yrs. I app**** for an MTN Superflex contract on my existing MTN number on 10 Nov - got charged for it immediately but wasnt given an order number. Followed up with MTN six times since then and they keep escalating it and telling me to wait 48hrs between escalations but it hasnt been provisioned to my number. Cant seem to get the service nor can i get my money back. Really poor service!!
