Mtn superflex

I took subscribed for Mtn superflex about 3months ago, this morning I got an sms saying I have been off migrated from Mtn superflex, I'm so ****ed because they already billed me last week Thursday for the new month, I have tried the mtn call center but all they could say was "we will send an email to superflex department " when I ask for a supervisor they said they are not on Duty. I'm very disappointed, I've already called them 2 times and they can't help
