MTN Superflex
I signed up for the MTN Superflex on Pre-paid option. Activated immediately, without pain in October. Easy process. Then we get to month two. Payment processed, My app shows I have unlimited minutes. Try to make a call, then a voice prompt "You have insufficient minutes to make a call". So how to fix the problem. Call 135. 1st call person does not know about the package, and said please visit and MTN store. Went to a MTN store, instructed to please call 135. I have sent a message to customer care, as well as messenger on Facebook, and to the Superflex email address. A day later. No reply from any. I have called 135 about 6 times this morning. Every time a different instruction. The one call lasted 30 minutes, I have surely been transferred to 8 people. The last which cut me off. Your staff does not know about this product. The easiest way to solve the problem is to deflect the call to someone else. It is shocking that a big company like MTN operates like this. My last call to 135 delivered a result. The lady actually took the time and listened and sent a mail to the relevant department. This is exactly what the other people who answered the calls could have done. They chose to deflect and not help the customer, because it was too much effort to type an internal short memo. In conclusion. Your staff is untrained, unprofessional and lazy. I will cancel the package come month end. I will also suggest people stay far away from your Superflex packages. Avoid at all cost, that you have to deal with the call center staff. A very, very disappointed customer
