MTN Superflex
I signed up for the MTN Superflex on the Pre-paid option. Activated immediately, without pain in September. Easy process. Then we get to third month. Payment processed, My app shows I have unlimited minutes. Try to make a call, then a voice prompt "You have insufficient minutes to make a call". So how to fix the problem? Call 135. 1st call person did not know about the package and said please visit and MTN store. Went to an MTN store, instructed to please call 135. I have sent a message to customer care, as well as messenger on Facebook, and to the Superflex email address. A day later. No reply from any. I have called 135 about 6 times this morning. Every time a different instruction. The one call lasted 30 minutes, I have surely been transferred to 8 people. The last one cut me off. Your staff does not know about this product. The easiest way to solve the problem is to deflect the call to someone else. Shockingly, a big company like MTN operates like this. My last call to 135 delivered a result. The lady took the time and listened and sent a mail to the relevant department. This is exactly what the other people who answered the calls could have done. They chose to deflect and not help the customer because it was too much effort to type an internal short memo. In conclusion. Your staff is untrained, unprofessional, and lazy. I will cancel the package come month's end. I will also suggest people stay far away from your Superflex packages. Avoid at all costs, that you have to deal with the call center staff. A very, very disappointed customer
