MTN Superflex

Trying to sign up to superflex, through MTN website (https://www.mtn.co.za/superflex/), payment keeps failing and multiple cards have been tried.

Went to MTN store. They cannot assist with Superflex. Called the MTN call center. They cannot assist and said it a mondo deal. They transfer me to mondo. I speak to mondo, they tell me is a MTN direct deal and put me through to MTN. I speak to the next MTN consultant, they tell me to speak to mondo.

This a death loop that goes nowhere and its clear MTN dont know what they are doing on the ground.

Who can help me with superflex?
