Mtn superflex

I signed up for an MTN Super Flex deal, and from day one, attempting to change the delivery address became an arduous task. When I contacted the customer care helpline, they insisted it must be done in-store. However, upon visiting the store, I was informed that the process had to be completed online. This inconsistency in guidance was frustrating, considering it's an MTN product.

After one month, my subscription was unexpectedly canceled, and I'm still in the dark about the reason behind it. Trying to get clarity on this issue has been a massive challenge. When I dialed 135, I was transferred from one operator to the next, and eventually, an *********** operator abruptly hung up on me.

MTN's service has been non-existent, and the experience has been a far cry from what one would expect from a reputable company. In fact, it feels like I'd receive better service at a state hospital.
