MTN Superflex

Do not take out the Superflex plan from MTN. As a matter of fact. Stay away completely.

I took out the package and is now in my third month. Yesterday I received a sms that my package has been renewed.

Today I cannot make a call. Service has been suspended. No indication on credit card of a payment returned.

I called the call centre. find the number on the app. 135. At first they said the Superflex is on contract so I get transferred to contract department. Later on I am told no, its a prepaid line and again I am being transferred.

I got transferred more or less 8 times. I was on the line for 30 minutes. At the end I am told that if there is a problem with the Superflex package I must go to the nearest MTN store!!!! Only one that can assist me is the MTN store

And all this whilst the operators are really rude and speak over me!!

What a nightmare
