Mtn superflex

I bought a superflex deal from mtn which was suppose to work for a whole month, for some reason they suspended my line. I didn't even use it for 15 days and the line got suspended went to the nearest mtn store apparently they cannot help me, I called the customer care department and they did mention they will escalate the issue to they supervisor till today no response. I wasted my money to purchase that deal I am very unsuccessful with this service I will not recommend them to anyone.
