MTN Superflex 10G is not "Call as much as you want"

I took out a Superflex 10G prepaid option with MTN. I have currently been on this package for about a year. Monday 14 October I recieved an sms saying that I have been flagged and my usage doesn't comply with their fair use policy. My account will be placed back to prepaid and I will be removed from Superflex with this number. I eventually got hold of someone today 17 October 2024. I was told I made a call to a landline number 011422. They are call it a business call. The call was made to a friend of mine, I was even the MC at his wedding. So in other words, I was told that I can't make private calls to landline numbers. If you read the Fair Use Policy Clause 14. There is no stipulation regarding land line numbers. My request was made and thrown out with zero communication. I have made numerous calls to confirm what is going on. REQ***. MTN uncapped or unlimited calls are not unlimited. The FUP does not outline the perimeters they use. When you agree to their terms and conditions, it places your money in their hands. I will be taking this further. This is totally unacceptable.
