MTN super flex

Hi all. MTN has launched a brand new product called Superflex. I must say, it is an outstanding product however, the only challenges that the entire call center has never been trained on the product according to them.

Every time you call them to ask them simple questions like how do you update your banking details they seem to tell you that it is a new product and we have not been trained. They give you an email address that doesn’t work. It is sad because it’s a revolutionary product within the country and it is destined for great things except the support.
