MTN SUPER DATA BUNDLES - Does NOT work period

Discovered the MTN Super Data bundles in Jan 24 then bought the R70G bundle which didn’t work. No access to data!! Frustrated because I have no access to internet/ had to recharge and top up to access data!! Another expense for data…but these new data purchases worksperfectly!! Retried my luck in February & bought another 200G for R399. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Again, still I am unable to access the internet period through these so called Super Data Bundles!! What a @@@load of Lies!! The requirement is to change & ensure that one’s Price Plan has migrated to the Super Data plan. This was done!! My area should have access!! But why limit access by area!!!! What a ***waste of money!!! Customer care - a struggle. Self service option not aligned with the user info on the APP! My excitement turned into a disappointment! If there is ‘special process’ to follow, clearly MTN - it is NOT clear enough!! These MTN SUPER DATA BUNDLES feels like I was ****med!! I don’t recommend at all!
