I went to Make a change of ownership, Desmond mixed someone information with mine and when the debit order went through I saw that something was wrong only to find out that 2 unknown numbers was added on my contract. I went back for assistance he said I should wait 30 days for him to change back the numbers, since January this whole mess was happening without him resolving the issue. I stopped paying the account in March and started investigating myself. He swapped my personal information and wrong numbers with the person I was doing change of ownership with. The number that we were doing change of ownership for dissapeared into thin air. I called last week he said he was not assisting us it was the other Desmond, mind you we met him. He said its not his fault that things didn't go according to how we wanted it to be, that guy has poor customer service, he's full of nonsense and takes advantage of my lienant towards him. We went back on Sunday to do change of ownership we found another girl and asked for Desmond she said he knocked off already. When we asked her name she became arrogant about it and she was not wearing a name tag, she became nasty for the fact that we asked her name. Guess what Desmond was around, I can't tell if he was hiding from us or what. We spoke to him about the the situation he continued saying it's not his fault and I shouldn't have stopped paying the numbers which wasn't mine ( what nonsense) he said he can't help us we need to call legal and pay the amount we owing first. I called legal and ask about the amount they said I owe 6 thousands something. I called the person he took her numbers to my contract and spoke to her unfortunately she won't be able to pay coz she's no longer working. Today I called Desmond and ask him to fix the mix-up so that I can pay my account, he doesn't wanna help me he said I should pay the amount for him to fix coz it's not his fault it's mine. He doesn't care where I can report him he wants to see what they will do and he doesn't care if they blacklist me coz it's not his fault that the numbers were mixed with my contract. I hate mtn and I wish someone superior can help solve this nonsense
