MTN & SUMMER MOBILE NEXT STEP OMBUDSMAN

I am very upset with MTN I got an upgrade from MTN Summer Mobile within a week the screen stopped working it took then 4 weeks to collect the phone on 15 June it is now the 16th of August and the upgrade is still not reversed no one from mtn has given me a call & summer mobile keeps telling me they will escalate it with mtn I am ready to contact THE OMBUDSMAN to deal with MTN & SUMMER MOBILE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SUMMER MOBILE THEY ARE USELESS WHEN IT COMES TO SORTING OUT THERE CUSTOMERS ISSUES BUT VERY EAGER TO CONVINCE YOU TO UPGRADE!!!
