MTN Summer mobile is pathetic

Summer mobile is pathetic. They promised me a rose gold iPhone and purposely sent me a black one, knowing how practically impossible it would be to send it back. It was their doings and now I am paying for a phone that I do not have and I am past ****ed off. I have phoned them plenty of times wanting to speed things up with canceling the contract as well as my entire contract with MTN after so many years because I am so mad. Nothing has happened. They keep saying they will call me back but still nothing. It has been over a month now. I have been with MTN for many many years with no problems, until now. How can they allow this pathetic dealership to sell and con and lie to people. I had absolutely no idea that these people contacting me for my upgrade were not 'legit' MTN people. And to top things off, I was charged over R20 more than what the agreed amount was that we spoke about on the phone. I cannot believe there are so many bad reviews about summer mobile and yet MTN still allow them to carry on. Surely they are losing customers because of this.
