MTN - sudddenly bill is higher - no explanation

I took out a contract for data for R 959 / month. Suddenly the bill comes - R 1399. I logged a query, cant get any answer - just a sms that the query is closed. Even have the regional manager involved - he is now avoiding my calls Branch only says " sorry sir, we cant help you " Most useless organisation i have ever seen in my life
