MTN sucks...worst coverage and service ever, an absolute disgrace

We have had zero to 1% intermittent coverage on our mtn wifi as well as ordinary phone signal since beginning of Dec there has been complaints to MTN by hundreds of users in Bazley beach and Pennington users to no avail. What are we paying contracts for??? Can we cancel our contracts without extra costs if we dont have the services?? I personally know over 100 people in this area who will not be renewing their contracts when due.
