MTN Sucks you DRY

<p>After I have cancelled my contract in April 2016 with MTN, I get a call today from an arrogant person telling me that my contract has expired and that he will be changing my contract to a pre-paid contract and I will have to pay R39.00/month for this for the next 24 months. The more I try to tell him that the contract was cancelled, the more agitated he bacame and started shouting at me, that was when I hung up the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I tried to phone 808, got through to the same person that cut me off three times. </p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of service does MTN deliver. I am due for an upgrade and I will migrate to another service provided that at least knows what they are doing and not ***** from their loyal customers. I have been a MTN customer since 2001.</p>
