Mtn sucks when it comes to customer service

I have called call center 4 times and went to 2 different stores and nobody can assist.me with unlocking network for Sim 1 on a phone I had on contract. This is completely unacceptable for someone who has had contracts with MTN for 10 years is this how you look after your valued customers.even networks like Vodacom can get stuff like this right.
