MTN Sucks !!! The BOZO network
MTN - the call center agents has no product knowledge what so ever ...they are useless !!! I spoke to four different people an none of them knows what to do ... the last agent (Quinton) told me to hang up and call right back after I have been holding the line for over 20 minutes ... I`m cancelling my contract ...
