MTN sucks ( red flag)

Please explain to me what’s wrong with MTN - my contract ended in September and I did make contact for cancellation. All payments were done n yesterday they have send me an invoice that I’m owing R1650 I thought it was a nightmare. Your services are horrible n I don’t want associate with you guys anymore. Please cancel my this contract ASAP before it affect my ITC just like before ( ***).
