MTN sucks nje

I upgraded my contract in April, deal included a smart watch. Was sent a toy watch instead. Called customer care, was told I should call MTNdirect, but when I did, they say I must call customer care instead.

Now Wandisa Nxumalo offers me an upgrade on the sim only contract. The short story is after him reading the terms and conditions, I didn't agree with one of them and therefore indicated I don't want the deal anymore. He then goes and finalize the deal. When I call customer care about it, no help is given.
