Mtn sucks

Good day , this is the 2nd time I bring my complaint to you about Mtn SA , after a lot of emails , phone calls etc , Mtn eventually confirmed that they made a mistake regarding my contract and send me an email to confirm that a amount will be refunded to me because of their ********** transactions . The email they send me was on the 6 /12 /2019 where they confirm the amount and they also send me my bank details and promise that the funds will be paid into my bank account , up to today I still did not received any payment at all . This company is *****ing from us the consumer and every time I phone their customer service dep they have the same old story that they will escalate my case just to wait and nothing is happening . I am getting to the point where I want to open an Police case against them for theft . This is the worst company ever in my 57 years I dealt with and prove again how ******* South Africa and the corporate company's are , what a disgrace . I will next time name and shame every person which send me mails to get a reaction from this pathetic company .
