MTN sucks

MTN is the worst, I have been trying to resolve an issue I'm having, have been to so many people and have had no response. Firstly I emailed them on the 18 April 2021,was a told I have to call 135, called was put to several different people with assistance, was eventually asked to log a ticket,was told to call the following day and did that. Upon calling the next day was told tickets logged take 5 working days to be resolved. Called after 6 days and was told if I go into an MTN store they will help me. Did that and was told they cannot help me,this is so frustrating. Eventually called again and I thought I got through to an agent who knows what's going on,she said she had to re log the ticket because it was done incorrectly. This was on the 31 April, until this day have not heard a word from MTN, service is pathetic.
