Mtn Sucks

This is the most useless mobile provider ever. I have 4 contracts and pay every month, I have 20% service everyday but I have to pay every month. We don't get assistance at all. Their technical support guys tell MTN they visit our home to check router but nobody ever came to our home. My phone data goes off with my wifi. They advise me that it's my router but I don't use a router for a phone, so how the hell does that work. They are pathetic and useless. No service but if you miss a payment you are the bad one. I hope the CEO of MTN sees this. I am done with MTN!!!!!!!!!!!
