MTN SUCKS

I DO NOT THINK I WOPULD WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH MTN ANYMORE. took an upgrade on the 11th of July 2021 at Jabulani Mall Soweto and it was a 2 phone deal. I had to buy a sim card for the other phone to this date the sim card is not active and they said it would be active within 7 days and to this date i haven't received my free 20GB for both the main number and the new sim card. sent multiple messages to their Facebook page and nothing has been done except that they tell me that it has been escalated and also called the activations department which was not very helpful so hence i resorted to HelloPeter. MTN service sucks
