MTN Sucks

I have been trying to resolve an early cancellation with MTN for the last 6 months. Their cancellation penalties are not in line with the consumer protection act. They want me to pay a whole years subscription on a 3 year contract which is also *******! Legal contracts are only 2 years. Reasonable penalties are damages the provider would suffer for early cancellation. Every time I call the penalty increases instead of decreases! They are also refusing to send me my contract so I can see the penalty cost s!!! *********!!
