MTN SUCKS!

I have been trying to reach MTN with regards to a reference number I received, and I need to enquire what it is about. The calls were either dropped, the consultant pretended not to hear me while having her own conversation in the background as I could hear everything, or the person/s were ***********. You are quick to take money and debit accounts not belonging to you, which is ***** but when the customer, who's been with MTN for more than 10 years needs assistance, then there is a problem. I am so disgusted in your customer service and you guys really need to look into hiring competent staff. Sadly, I recently upgraded but I will never recommend this network to anyone.
