MTN SUCKS

Morning

I have lost count of the amount of times since i opened this contract with how many times i have to contact mtn for decent and consistent service

I pay my account EVERY month, i get paid EVERY month on the 25th. Randomly MTN pushes my billing date to the 22nd. Do you have money on the 22nd? Because i ****ing dont... then i legitimately cannot even call an ambulance which btw did happen thank goodness i wasnt alone because wow

I paid my bill for October on the 24th and checked on the 25th, my phone is suspended!!! and I paid for it!!!!!!!!!

I get one month where they go oh i'm in credit so don't worry . Now I owe R117, and either way I have ****ol service or connection.

Everyone I have contacted via email and Via the branch in queenswood says its "sorted" every time i go in.

Do you train all employees to lie and then have your network be a guessing game?

And neh i can't even cancel my contract because then i don't even know what bizarre amount of money that will be hay but ffs
