MTN sucks

I tried to enquire about a service from mtn without success. I tried their chatbot, it didn't provide the answer I wanted. I tried their customer care lines but they kept transfering me to voice options that didn't give me the answer I wanted. There was no option to speak to an agent. I gave up trying get an answer to my enquiry. The only option I have now is to go to one of their outlets. I hope i will have better luck there.
