MTN SUCKS

I cancelled my phone contract on the 4th of November 2021 since I had finished paying for the phone and I was never satisfied with MTN's services because the money that was debited was way more than what I was supposed to pay I asked them why am I paying that much they said it's data that had been advanced to me I urged them never to advance me data and reduced on using the router but still I was over charged for more than 5 months I doubt I will get my money back.

Back to the contract cancelation they told me they will forfeit any data that they have given me I said it's fine, after a few minutes I checked my balance they forfeited their data and data that I got from the university for study purposes because I'm a student they also cleaned out data from the router that I am currently paying for...how am I going to study or do my assignment when I have no data. I am so disgusted with MTN and their bad services 😡😏😏
