MTN Sucks BIGTIME!

I wrote a review on the 09th August with regards to MTN, I have still not had any feedback to date. I have been on the phone with them since the review & still my query has not been resolved. The service is beyond pathetic. I have not heard back from a manager. MTN has clearly lost me as a customer once my contract comes to an end. You clearly do not put your customer's first & surely do not go the extra mile for your customer's.
