MTN sucks big time
I am again responding to Tim from MTN management Complains Management team.REQ:***.I called MTN Bara Mall to check if they have my phone as he/she said my phone have been delivered on the 22nd December 2014,to my suprise that they dont have my phone because repairs center wants me to pay for an unfixed phone.how is that possible?Is this what Im paying for?a phone that is not fixed and kept by mtn repairs center?Xem MTN you really do have a poor service and treatment.So exactly what am I paying for every month?Where is exactly the phone that I agreed to pay for?because MTN Bara Mall doesnt have it.Having MTN contract is hell.

HVRC (Repair centre) is guided by the handset Manufacturers Repairs guidelines and in accordance with their Standards and mandate.
All our handsets go through full Quality assurance tests before being issued out to clients. For as long as your handset complies with all warranty guidelines, our HVRC will be happy to assist with all the repair issues you might be having or replace it depending on the nature of repair/fault.
There is a quote rejection fee of R330.00 incl. vat applicable when the repair quotation is rejected by client or the quote has expired. This is a standard business rule.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
