MTN sucks
MTN keep saying my account is in arrears. I have send proof of payment every month since November and they keep suspending my services monthly. Pathetic

This is how customers of more than 10 years are being dealt with by MTN. And no one seems willing to resolve the issue as the transfer me from department to department. Just to hear, wring dept. Try this one... And this one... And this one. And then I cancelled and they can't even do that properly.
